EZ Moves Instructions:

Slightly lift furniture and place EZ Move (Foam Side Up) under each corner - larger pieces may require assistance. Then push or pull item to be moved. Once slides are positioned, one person can move most objects with ease. Over time, the furniture seats into the foam insuring the slide stays with the object when moved.
