Armstrong S-402 Excelon Floor Stripper - Gallon

Armstrong S-402 Excelon Floor Stripper is for use on: any commercial vinyl requiring polish, Terrazzo, ceramic and brick, Rubber is allowable but rubber usually does not require stripping and once done, it is difficult to restore gloss.

DO NOT use for: Linoleum, wood, marble or cork.

Advantages:

Strips efficiently without the need for the use of highly aggressive type floor machine pads or brushes that can damage vinyl floors.

Strips and cleans at the same time. Rinses easily.

Softens layers of old polish in just 5 minutes.

Does not contain large amounts of potentially floor-damaging solvents. Contains no ammonia.

pH of 12.5

Directions:

Mixing: One quart per 3 quarts of cool water.

Spread and Soak: Apply solution liberally. Limit to 100sq ft or less. Soak for 5 minutes.

Scrub: Scrub at low speed. Use 3M blue scrubbing pad of equal OR Scrub-Grit II brush or equal. Do not use coarser brushes or pads (too abrasive)

Clean: Take up stripper solution with wet vacuum or mop. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Vacuum again.

Finish: Let the floor dry. Apply 3-5 coats of S-403 Excelon Floor Polish
