Armstrong Commercial Floor Sealer gives your vinyl floor greater stain-resistance and high durability for long-lasting protection. Armstrong S-495 Commercial Floor Sealer is easy to apply and has excellent leveling properties.

Coverage: 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon per coat.

Directions:

1. The use of Armstrong S-495 Sealer should be used in areas of high traffic, soil load, and staining potential.

2. Apply Sealer after thoroughly cleaning or stripping the floor.

3. Always apply 3-5 coats of Armstrong S-480 polish after applying sealer and allowing to dry.
